WOW……Words can’t describe the feeling I have after a workout at Team LP Fitness Playground!!! LP, thank you for the motivation you provide and creating a fitness playground training center that I can be comfortable in and obtain great workouts. Team LP Fitness is a positive environment which has helped me to improve my health and fitness and has given me the strength to feel great about myself.
I am FEEDING the ‘positive dog’ within me EVERYDAY! I have lost 34 lbs the right way; through hard intense workouts and good healthy clean nutrition. I have not hit my goal yet but I am well on my way with the help of Team LP Fitness!
